Smoked Sausage, grilled, sliced in 1/2-inch pieces |

Lettuce leaves |
Procedures
- Toss cooled potatoes gently with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
- Add sausage to potatoes.
- Sprinkle with green onions and capers.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
