lowfat vanilla yogurt or 1 quart vanilla frozen yogurt |

fresh fruit
(blueberries, raspberries, sliced apples, cherries, nectarines,
peaches and/or strawberries) |
Procedures:

PREHEAT oven to
350° F. |

ROLL out cookie
dough to 1/4-inch thickness on lightly floured surface. |

Cut out 24
shapes using 3-inch cookie cutters. |
| 4 |
Place on
ungreased baking sheets. |
| 5 |
BAKE for 5 to 8
minutes or until edges are light golden brown. |
| 6 |
Cool on baking
sheets for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely. |

PLACE two
cookies on each plate. |
| 8 |
Top with 1/2
cup yogurt and 1/2 cup fruit mixture. |

Place third
cookie on top. |
