butter or margarine, softened |

packed brown
sugar |
| 1/3 |
cup |
granulated
sugar |
| 1 |
tsp |
vanilla
extract |
| 1 |
large |
egg |
| 2 |
cups |
(12-ounce
package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels |

cup |
flaked
coconut, toasted if desired |
| 3/4 |
cup |
macadamia nuts
or walnuts, chopped |
Procedures:

COMBINE flour,
baking powder, baking soda and salt in small bowl. |

Beat butter,
brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer
bowl until creamy. |

Beat in egg. |
| 4 |
Gradually beat
in flour mixture. |
| 5 |
Stir in
morsels, coconut and nuts. |
| 6 |
Drop by rounded
tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. |
| 7 |
BAKE in
preheated 375° F. oven for 8 to 11 minutes or until edges are
lightly browned. |

Cool on baking
sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. |
